By creating an AXIEL account you agree to these terms.

What AXIEL is

AXIEL is a personal budgeting tool. Envelopes are a planning tool: assigning money to an envelope does not move real money. AXIEL is not a bank, does not hold your funds, and is not a licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advisor. Axiel’s responses are for general budgeting guidance only and may be wrong — verify important decisions yourself or with a licensed professional.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide an email you control.
• Keep your password (and recovery codes, if you enable two-factor) secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only connect bank accounts you are authorized to access.

Money transfers

Transfers are off by default. If they are ever offered and you choose to enable them, you are responsible for every transfer you initiate, and transfers may not be reversible.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer security controls.

Availability and data accuracy

Balances and transactions come from your bank via Plaid and may be delayed or incomplete. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
