Delete your AXIEL account

You can permanently delete your AXIEL account and all associated data yourself, at any time, from inside the app:

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Delete account, confirm with your password (and two-factor code if enabled), then press Delete.

What gets deleted

Immediately and permanently: your profile, every bank connection (access is also revoked at Plaid), all accounts, balances and transactions, envelopes and goals, your Axiel conversations, sessions, and security history.

What is kept

Nothing in our database. Encrypted backups held by our database provider roll off on their standard schedule.

Can’t sign in?

Use Forgot password, or contact the contact details on this site from the email on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
